Local Prompt Builder is a tool that helps you enter business information, services, location, design preferences, and other details and organize them into website briefs and prompts. The Service generates text based on the inputs you provide. Generated outputs are starting points for your own review and should be verified before use.

To use most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account for the purpose of circumventing usage limits.

You agree not to use the Service to:

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it. We are not liable for any content you submit or for the outputs generated from it.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated briefs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. You rely on the Service and its outputs at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
